A weekend of stories from Westview Centre4Women and Welcome Inn. We aim to familiarize local MCEC churches with the Westview community and raise awareness on issues of poverty our region.

10:30-11:20 – Carol Penner: Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Conrad Grebel
11:30- 12:00 Sarah from Positive Living Niagara will about her work and the Secure Injection Site pilot project in Queenston
12:00 – 1:00 – Lunch
1:15-2:30 Panel/activity on Neighbourhoods and poverty: Suzanne Veenstra with Niagara Prosperity Initiative, Matt Thompson with Beasley Neighbourhood Association, and Caleb Regier, a former outreach worker for Start Me Up Niagara, Chaired by Caleb Ratzlaff
